Union Bank Apartments operate 25 Serviced Apartments in Liverpool City Centre. We require a experienced Reservations Co Ordinator/ Administrator to join the team at our Liverpool Office.
Duties include organsing the days arrivals and departures, preparing housekeeping reports, processing online payments, processing reservations, answering telephone enquiries, replying to email enquiries, responding to social media messages and being the contact for our in house guests.
You will display a high standard of customer service and thrive on ensuring all guests experience a enjoyable stay.
The role is part time role to primarily weekends including Bank Holidays. Hours are between 9am and 5pm and additional hours may be available to cover holidays and other absences.
You will have previous experience ideally within a reservations office or front of house hotel/ serviced apartment role and full training will be provided.

Salary: £8.00 /hour
